I've searched but i can't find the answer.
Infamous Strike Political Battle: Bow a target enemy dishonorable Personality. His controller loses 2 Honor. Your delegates go to war in court. Choose a player. Give all his Personalities +1F or -1F.
Does this card's force boost/reduction effect personalities not at the current battlefield? - It doesn't say "at the current battlefield" which most cards have written on them - It needs to have presence and the action isn't really performed.
I think it effects all the personalities the player has.
