So I was looking at this. And it got me thinking. If you played enticement on an opponents Samurai(or Courtier). Then used Wooden Baricade to move A Magistrates Blade onto the enticed Samurai. Used him to play Leaked Information targeting one of your personalities. If you then moved the Magistrates Blade off the enticed Personality with another Wooden Baricade. And played Ambush with the Enticed Personality, Would the Leaked Information effects still go off?
Leaked Information: Limited: Choose your performing unbowed Magistrate: Target a Personality with Personal Honor equal to or lower than your Magistrate's Chi. The Personality's unit may not assign to a battlefield this turn unless your Magistrate is there. After each time your Magistrate's unit assigns this turn, assign the Personality's unit to the same battlefield (if legal).
Not really sure how this would play out, but I see one of three possible outcomes... 1) The ability specifically refers to "Your Magistrate", since the enticed personality is no longer a Magistrate the Leaked Information Triggered effect to assign your other personality fails. 2) The Leaked Information triggered effect fails because the assignment of the enticed personality fails due to the effects of enticement. (This is the one I believe is most likely) 3) The Leaked Information triggered effect succeeds, but the enticed personality fails to assign because of enticement.
So really two questions, 1) does the Triggered Effect of Leaked Information care if the original performing Personality is still a Magistrate at the time he assigns to a battlefield? and 2) Does the Assignment of Leaked Information trigger off the effect of attempting to Assign the Personality, or only if the Personality actually succeeds in being assigned to a battlefield?
