Ok, so i bow a personality, with lower force, and lets just say the personality has 4F but has a 7F follower. Does this personality get destroyed? Or does it have to bow his whole unit for the destruction effect to trigger?

The Personality would still be destroyed.
Effects are not interdependent unless they explicitly say so. All other effects of an action will occur, even if some are negated or fail due to not meeting their conditions. Only if the destruction effect said something like, "If the unit bowed, destroy the Personality" would the bowing matter in relation to the destruction; but no, the only condition upon the destruction is if the Personality has 4 or less Force.
