Civility reads-: Open: target your discarded samurai personality, bring him into play.
Aramasu's vigiliance reads: reaction-even if bowed when paying for the cost of an action produce four gold.
My question is this, if you use Civility to bring in Samurai X into play, can you use the reaction on Aramasu's vigilance to pay for the Samurai's gold cost since it is necessary to pay for them in full for them to enter play with the action?
