Since all cards in decks are "face down" can I ask to see the 5th, 8th, 20th, etc. card from the top of my opponents deck? Does this constitute as counting the cards in their deck? I ask because the AEG floor rules in some fashion states that players cannot count the remaining cards in their decks.
