Can a bowed personality use the abilities on an unbowed item?
I couldn't find this in the rulebook. My first thought was no, but you never know with this game.

Can a bowed personality use the abilities on an unbowed item?
I couldn't find this in the rulebook. My first thought was no, but you never know with this game.
The only limitation is that abilities on bowed cards cannot be used - but abilities on attachments are considered to be "on" the attachment, not "on" the Personality.
