okay so lets say my opponent has 2x bayushi jutsushi on the table, he targets one of my personalities with both an then ambushes the personality, because of the delayed resolution of the action performed by bayushi jutsushi can i sneak out of the dishonor by;
my person assigns, triggering bayushi justsushi #1 also triggers resolution of bayushi justsushi #2 i react the second jutsushi with unimpeachable name
is my person at the battle created by ambush honorable and i only lose honor from the first jutsushi?
Bayushi Jutsushi Scorpion Clan • Courtier • Magistrate Political Open: Target a Personality with Personal Honor lower than Jutsushi's Chi. After the next time the Personality's unit assigns this turn, dishonor him, and his controller loses 2 Honor.
Unimpeachable Name Political Reaction: Before the resolution of another player's action: Reduce each Honor loss from its effects by 3. You may target and rehonor a dishonorable Personality. Battle: Bow your performing Shugenja: Bow a target enemy card. Gain 2 Honor.
Ambush Limited: Target your unbowed Personality: Create a battlefield (not at any province). Assign your Personality's unit to attack there. Assign another player’s target unit to defend there, even if its Personality is bowed. Other units will not move there. Fight a battle there (after this action's resolution). After the battle ends, lose 5 Honor

I'm afraid you misunderstand "resolution" of an action slightly. The resolution is not delayed, the effects of it are. The resolution occurs at the normal time, after Announcing, Required Targeting, and Paying Costs (if any). So, the proper sequence is:
1. Opponent announces the action from Jutsushi 1. 2. Targets your Personality with it. 3. (No Costs to be paid.) 3a. Before the action's resolution, you may React with Unimpeachable Name. If you do, you may target and rehonor someone now. 4. Jutusushi's action starts resolving, activates an effect that is delayed until your Personality assigns, then finishes resolvin. 5. Repeat above sequence for Jutsushi 2's action. 6. Opponent announces Ambush. 7. Targets his performing Personality, then your unit. 8. (No Costs to be paid.) 8a. Before the action's resolution, you may React with Unimpeachable Name. If you do, you may target and rehonor someone now. 9. Ambush begins resolving, battlefield is created, opponent's unit assigns, your unit assigns (Jutsushis' delayed effects trigger, your Personality is dishonored; if you reacted with Name to either Jutsushi action above, one of the loses will be reduced by 3, the other will not.) Fight! After the battle ends, your opponent loses 5 honor (if you reacted to Ambush with Unimpeachable Name, he only loses 2 Honor and hopefully thanks you. ).
I hope that helps.

Regarding this
Unimpeachable Name Political Reaction: Before the resolution of another player's action: Reduce each Honor loss from its effects by 3. You may target and rehonor a dishonorable Personality. Battle: Bow your performing Shugenja: Bow a target enemy card. Gain 2 Honor.
(emphasis mine)
Unimpeachable name played in response to Ambush wouldn't reduce any of Jutsushi's losses, since they are not "from" Ambush but "from" Jutsushi (the card where the loss is physically written in, and none of the exceptions apply -not a RA, not a Chi penalty, not a copied card-). It will, however, reduce by 3 the honor loss in Ambush (5 honor hit to the player who announces the Ambush reduced to 2)
Edit: Oops, card title fixed

I agree completely, Mamoru, but that IS what I said in my sequence above.
