If I use Emma-O's Guidance to return a dead Udo to play, can I use that same Udo's Reaction in response to the destruction of a Personality and create an Undead Personality?

Emma-O's Guidance: Open: Discard this card and destroy your target Personality: Bring into play a target dead Personality you own, reducing the amount of Gold you pay to put him into play by the first Personality's Gold Cost.
Udo: Maho Reaction: After the resolution of an action that destroyed a Follower or Personality: Create a 2F/2C/0PH Shadowlands • Undead Personality at Udo's location.

Yes. After action resolution is after the immediate effect that returned Udo to play has occurred (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Abilities_and_a ... ction_ends), so Udo is in play at that point.
