i just wanted to be clear with performence.
i was told that a personality performs a follower actions and a naval person can use his followers action as his naval action. according to rules.l5r.com that isn't the case. i used the search but i couldn't find anything about this.

As long as a Naval personality is performing the first action granted by the Naval Reaction, it does not matter what else is ALSO performing the reaction, be it a follower or another personality.

You were misinformed. The first sentence of the FAQ entry on performance is, "Actions are performed by Personalities or Followers" (emphasis added).
