Hello!
Sasumata's ability is as follows: Battle: Bow this card: Bow a target enemy card without a Weapon or Armor. (note : No boldface text in above card effect. )
1) Could I target a Personality with Weapon keyword Item or Armor keyword Item ? 2) Could I target a Weapon keyword Item or Armor keyword Item ?

(note : No boldface text in above card effect. )
This does not mean that Sasumata's text does not refer to a card with either keyword (see below, emphasis added).
Special wording rules, References: "Terms that are specially capitalized in text either refer to special game terms (such as “Action Phase”, “Dynasty deck,” “Clan alignment,” “Attacker”) or one of four possible things: Keywords (“Samurai”)Card types (“Personality”)Action designator types (“Limited”)Card titles (“Tsuruchi Nobumoto”)"
Could I target a Personality with Weapon keyword Item or Armor keyword Item ?
No. As explained in this ruling, Sasumata's action targets an enemy card without an attached Weapon or Armor. If an Item with either keyword is attached to a Personality, he is not a legal target.
Could I target a Weapon keyword Item or Armor keyword Item ?
Yes. A card is never attached to an Item nor to itself, therefore an Item is a legal target even if it has the Weapon or Armor keyword.
