I played Deployed Reinforcements my opponent wants to play stand down to stop my movement.
Can he play stand down when I play my Deployed Reinforcements like you can hamstrung? Can he play it when my personality is moved in?
I don't think he can use stand down to stop Deployed Reinforcements. Because when the terrian resolves when it is played and the movement happens after the action has resolved which doesn't meet both parts of stand down trigger?

I played Deployed Reinforcements(.) My opponent wants to play stand down to stop my movement.
Not legal.
Stand Down is triggered "after the resolution of an action."
Actions resolve after all immediate effects or when a delayed effect is activated (not resolved). (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Abilities_and_a ... resolution). The movement on Deployed Reinforcements is a delayed effect that resolves later; long after the trigger window for Stand Down has passed.
