A player, 7 February 2010
touch of ice
open: if it's not your turn, bow this shugenja: another target player may choose to bow two of his personalities. if he does not bow two personalities, gain 3 honor.
my question is simple, second turn i have kyoko with touche of ice on table, i use my opponent have no personalities on table, can i use it or not? my answer would be yes (like it was during samurai ed.) thought someone assured me no, and he even went as far as insulting me cause i was persisting in my answer, so please i'd be glad if you could tell me if either i was wrong of persisting in my opinion, or the other way around? thank you.

You may indeed use it if the player you target has 0 or even only 1 personality in play. The only requirements are:
A) It cannot be your turn B) You must target another player C) You must be able to bow your Shugenja (for the cost)
Enjoy your 3 honor!
