What happens to the plague tokens on a personality when a Resilient Naginata is attached to that personality? If the tokens stay on the personality, do the negative chi effects reapply if the Resilient Naginata is destroyed or is transferred to another personality?
Can a personality with a Resilient Naginata attached to him still receive plague tokens (or any token that causes a chi reduction), or would the putting of the -1C plague token on the personality be negated?

Their Chi penalty is negated while the Resilient Naginata remains attached to this Personality. However the tokens themselves remains on this Personality.

Yes, because Chi penalties from tokens are continuous effects. See Continuous effects and Duration and scope of negation effects for more information.

Such a Personality can receive tokens that give Chi penalties, the Chi penalties are negated while the Resilient Naginata is attached but the tokens remains on this Personality.
