A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
My playing community has noticed that none of the new PotD regions have the Singular keyword. We tried to find an answer in the rules to see if regions are intrinsically Singular in a similar fashion to events being unique but couldn't find any such rule. Are they non-singular? Have either of them been errata'ed?

I am fairly confident they play as printed, ie you can play with (and attach) 3 of the same region unless it is printed as singular or unique.

The rule that all Regions are Singular by default is gone.
