I announce Naval at a battle where Kuon is alone. I react to the annoucement with Eihiko's reaction, attempting to lower Kuon's gold cost. Kuon's trait says no to Eihiko's reaction. Then whatever action I Naval effects Kuon normally, since his trait was already used.
