Houhou Limited: If Houhou is honorably dead: She rises from the ashes. Bring her into play, paying 4 less Gold. If she entered play, gain 3 Honor (this is an Honor gain for entering play)
Beloved of the Clan Limited: Until your next turn begins, reduce Honor gains from Reaction, Limited, and Open actions by 1 (minimum 0).
Does "this is an Honor gain for entering play" mean that Beloved of the Clan won't be able to reduce Houhou's honor gain when you resurrect it?

No it means that Houhou's action's Honor gain depends on her entering play because of the condition "If she entered play" (see Glossary, For).
Beloved of the Clan's Limited action will reduce this gain by 1 because it comes from a Limited action (see Glossary, From).
