Kakita Okirou Crane Clan • Samurai • Artisan • Orator • Poet Open: Discard a card: Before the next time this turn a target player gains or loses Honor, reduce the loss or gain by the Focus Value of the discarded card. Scenario: I am targeted by Kakita Okirou and my opponent discards a card with 4 FV. I go to my Dynasty Phase to buy full a Doji Ayano (4PH). I gain the 4 honor but with Okirou's effect, the honor gain is reduced to 0.
Can I buy another Personality at full to gain honor for that turn?
I did gain honor... but since it was reduced to zero- Does that justify me not gaining honor during my dynasty phase? Entitling me for the once per turn honor gain from buying another in-clan personality at full?

Yes. Actual honor gain is what matters, not the decision.
