Let's say that Datsue-ba uses her effect. If a personality at the battlefield moves home and then moves back to the same battlefield, does it still have the force penalty?
Also, is Datsue-ba's effect a continuous style effect. IE if her effect is used and a personality who wasn't there at the time moves to the same battlefield sometime after her effect resolves, would it then receive the force penalty?
