Game of Sincerity and FInal Duty

L5R CCG Rules board, 6 July 2009

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I wanted to make sure.

Game of Sincerity - Battle: Dishonor your target unbowed Personality: Dishonor a target Personality. His controller loses 2 Honor. Neither Personality contributes Force in this battle's resolution.

Final Duty - Battle: If your current army has lower total Force than the current enemy army: Ranged 6 Attack.

Do personalities targeted by Game of Sincerity (as long as they are unbowed) count when determining "army force" for Final Duty?

Thanks John

Army Force consists of the total Force of all unbowed Personalities and Followers at a battlefield.

The fact that some may not contribute Force at Battle Resolution is irrelevant for Final Duty.
