I couldn't find anywhere that had said this had changed, but I wanted to be sure. Do token personalities still have a base stat-line of zeros?

http://www.l5r.com/l5r_celestial_rules_en.pdf: "If an effect that creates a card gives no value for a stat the card type normally has, that stat’s base value is zero. Exception: Created Personalities have a “–“ Honor Requirement."
