Pekkle no Oni + Determination
After the first time each turn Pekkle enters play: Gain 3 Honor. After Pekkle is destroyed: Lose 10 Honor. Political Limited: Bow Pekkle: Gain 1 Honor.
Limited: Destroy each Personality with a base Gold Cost equal to or less than his controller’s Stronghold’s Gold Production plus 2. Remove all Personalities in discard piles from the game.
So am I correct to assume that Pekkle's trait triggers after Fury of the Dark Lord is finished removing personalities in discard piles from the game?

No. Her trait triggers immediately after she is destroyed, which is before Fury's second effect removes cards from the game.
The conflict in your link was that Determination's removal and Pekkle's trait both have the SAME timing, after she is destroyed. At that point, the type of effect determined their order, placing Determination's delayed effect before Pekkle's triggered trait. However, in the case of Fury, the timing of the trigger happens after Fury's first effect, which is definitely before its second.
