Now that my targetting questions are out of the way, it's time for a timing question.
Fear Battle: Target a personality without followers. His controller may dishonor him, then move him home. If he is still at the current battlefield, Ranged 6 attack targetting him.
Some reactions, such as No Hiding Place, occur before or after a ranged attack is targetted. For Kimita's ability, is the ranged attack considered to be targetted when you declare the action, or only if and when the ranged attack actually occurs?
