Text Oni • Nonhuman • Shadowlands • Enlightened • Experienced 3 • Unique • Lose 8 Honor. After the first time each game Kyoso no Oni enters play: Destroy a Personality you control; if this destroyed him, you may target and destroy another Personality with an equal or lower Gold Cost than his. Limited: Target a Ring and a Shadowlands Personality. Destroy both targets.
Question 1)does "Lose 8 Honor" is a trait? 2)if "yes" can i choose to use "Destroy..." trait before "lose 8 honor" trait? 3)if "yes" will i lose honor if i destroy kyoso from her "destroy..." trait first?

Although effects within a given action or trait occur in the order written, both the honor loss and destruction trait are separate traits triggered to the same occurrence. The honor loss trait is implicitly "after entering play" just like the destruction trait. Thus, the traits' effects occur in an order chosen by the active player.
So, if you are the active player and bringing Kyoso into play you may choose to have the Honor loss and destruction trait occur in either order.
If you are not the active player, that's the active player's choice.
You will still lose the honor if you destroy Kyoso first; see this ruling for more.
