Will a personality that has been targeted by Bayushi Saya's ability still be dishonored and will his controller lose honor after an action the personality perfoms also destroys him or removes him from play otherwise?

Yes. After the next time this turn an action resolves that he performed, his controller loses Honor equal to his Personal Honor, then he is dishonored (Saya's text) even if this action made him leave play, unless he also became face-down.
