viewtopic.php?f=59&t=59848&p=769147&hilit=kazuki+satsu#p769147 I have been reading up on rulings for Kazuki. I am fairly certain I understand the basis of the ruling. Kazuki doesnt actually "SET" anything. He just gives a bonus so that another personalities force equals his.
Now, the question I have is this. If you have 2 rings in play, and a tsi blade equipped to Kazuki. And you copy that 8 force to someone else. Can you then equip another tsi blade to that personality to make its force now 10? or does it stay 8 no matter what bonuses you give it? Also, does the ruling to this count for any card that gives force bonuses? (I.E. Action cards?)

Yes. "Setting" a stat to a value does not mean the stat can no longer be modified.
You may be misinterpreting this:
It locks in at a set value and never changes until it expires at the End of the Turn.
Marty is referring to the size of the bonus here, not the value of the stat.
