I was wondering if any of the rulings with regards to determination allowing actions to kill sozen exp or toshi ranbo being able to send home people with a political action who can't be moved due to things cancelling each other out.
If you are playing out of Maws grave and have toshi ranbo in play would that allow you to play a Political action at t hat battle field since they can't be negated? Or is this completely different and does not apply.
