can Reinforce the Gates be used as an attacker, a friend and I have been having trouble determining the usefulness of the Reinforce the Gates reaction After a player announces a Battle action before the Defender’s first normal opportunity to act or pass: Negate the action’s effects.
We need to know if this can be used to cancel out my 1st action as a defender or if its just useful for defending against naval actions.
on another note are there any other times when that reaction is useful aside from naval actions? ie are there any other ways to get the 1st battle action while attacking?
