I've looked everywhere on the forums and the website. Is there PDF or anything that lists the specific rules for the Kotai tournaments? We are practicing here at the local store and we are trying to abide by the kotai rules. But We don't know all the rules. Can you provide for us a link or a list of rules we need to follow. IE: After the time limit is up, how is a winner determined, what is the official time per match? Thank you.
Kotai Offical Rules
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
