In this post regarding Utaku Yu-Pan (/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=64815), Zen says:
"there is no rule that a unit cannot be moved to a resolved battle. Pretty sure there never has been."
So, I have Hida Kuon Exp 5 at one province, and my oponent assigns the Fire Dragon to a different province. He then proceeds to resolve Hida Kuon's battle first. Then he resolves the Fire Dragon's battle. Can I play Reinforce the Gates to move him to Hida Kuon's already resolved battle? (After all, the Fire Dragon's battle is the current battle, he would be opposed by Hida Kuon and I don't need presence to play it.)
The net result would be nothing happens -- Fire Dragon goes home, no provinces are destroyed.
Also, I think perhaps the online rules have updated this -- but the rulebook says that battle resolution bows the attacking (and allying) units. Would the Fire Dragon be bowed?
Reinforce the Gates Battle: Even if you control no units at the current battlefield: Target an unopposed unit there. Move the unit to a target battlefield where it would be opposed.
