The Wardens Reaction says "After you bring a Personality into play without gaining honor...". Does this mean if I bring a Personality into play during the Dynasty Phase and don't gain their PH (either for an out-of-clan person or because I didn't pay full price) and I react with Asako Keiki to gain honor, am I now unable to attach Wardens to the card I just brought into play?

You didn't gain honor when you brought the Personality into play, you gained Honor from an action. Wardens is fine.
