Ataching/ Sharing Items + Evenly Matched (L5R rules board)

Hi,

One question.

Attaching an Item or follower that gives a bonus to a personality is considered an action that gives your personality a bonus. And sharing the items?

For example, I play a Daruma(+3F) from my hand or share from other personality to Yoritomo Eriko(Chi 3). Can the enemy leader play the Evenly Matched to her?

And If I play Koutetsu Chikara to Moto Suren, the armor says that her Chi minimum is five and it has +3 Force so: a) It's applied the +3 F that is bigger than her Chi 2 so she bows. b) It's applied the Chi minimum 5 so she doesn't bow.

Moto Suren (U) 4Force / 2Chi

Evenly Matched (C) Coste: 0; Focus: 2. Battle: Bow one of your target Personalities: Straighten a target Personality. Reaction: After a player gives one or more of his personalities a Force bonus from an action: Bow each of them for whom the Force bonus was greater or equal to his current Chi.

Attaching an Item or follower that gives a bonus to a personality is considered an action that gives your personality a bonus.

If that's meant to be a statement, it's an incorrect one.

An action that give a Personality a bonus is one that says, "Action keyword: Give a Personality a +X Bonus."
