samarhad, sozen xp and kills (L5R rules board)

Hi, here is my question:

I have Samarhad in play. My opponement has sozen xp in play and is not a crab clan player.

On my turn, i take control of sozen xp with samarhad's ability. I play seiden sanzo on sozen xp and attack.

What's happen before my dynasty phase? Will sozen xp be destroyed by seiden sanzo, or will he not be as i'm his controller but not his owner (the point here is that sozen xo cannot be destroyed by OTHER'S PLAYERS actions)?

SAMARHAD: Ratling • Nonhuman • Ashalan • Sun-Rider • Experienced • Unique Open: Bow Samarhad: Take control of a target Personality without his controller's Clan alignment. Straighten him. At the end of the turn, if he is not Ratling, return control of him to the player you took him from.

SOZEN XP: Crab Clan • Samurai • Hero • Experienced • Enlightened • Unique Other players' actions can not destroy Sozen.

SEIDEN SANZO: Limited: Target a Personality you own and control. He gains Cavalry and +3F. Destroy him at the start of your next Dynasty Phase.

"Other players," refers to players other than Sozen's current controller ("you").

If you have an effect that kills while you control him, he dies - even if he is stolen.

That said, you don't own Sozen so you can't Seiden Sanzo him in the first place
