Simple question - when a Samurai or Courtier is targeted by Assigning Blame, and the player chooses to have the Personality commit Seppuku, can Determination be used to actually reduce the Honor loss to 1? (Assigning Blame says the loss cannot be reduced, Determination says the effect of the Seppuku cannot be negated, so my guess is that the answer is yes)
Determination, Seppuku, and Assigning Blame
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Determination would cause the reduction effect of Seppuku to overright the "can not be reduced" effect of Share the Blame.
