Do effects that go on or trigger from card effects Like Yasuki Jinn-Kuen (experienced) now go under the same ruling as adeiko or is that only reactions?

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

No. Jinn-Kuen does not mention any Action resolving, not even by the "Action's effects resolve," wording.
The trigger is a particular card effect taking place - not an Action resolving that had such an effect.
Ergo, Jinn-Kuen could stop a Delayed Effect that destroyed someone, and even do it in the middle of the resolution of an Action with multiple effects.
