Hi, here is my rule question:

Can i send one of my dishonorable personality home with ordered retreat if this personality has previously been targeted by unexpected betrayal? It seems ok for me, as the "move home one or more of you target personalities in your army" of ordered retreat is not part of a restrained block.

Thanks for your time.

unexpected betrayal: Battle: Target a dishonorable Personality in an army. Cards in that unit cannot perform actions. During battle resolution, the unit's Force is added to your army's total instead of its controller's.

ordered retreat: Battle: Move home one or more target Personalities in your army. You may straighten a number of your units up to the number of Personalities you moved home.
