Strike of the Dragon

L5R CCG Rules board, 12 September 2007

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Okay, simple question, (hopefully) simple answer.

Kiho Battle: Bow one of your Rings and one of your target Monks: Bow one to three target Personalities opposing him, each with Force higher than his own Chi.

After finally reading the new SE version for this card, it got me confused. I bow a Ring, I bow a monk, then bow up to three targets opposing the monk, each with Force higher than a) the monk's Chi or b) the targets' own Chi?

Thanks in advance

The latter.
