If there are multiple focus effects in one duel, who picks which order they occur? The person focusing them? The active player? The Challenger or Challenged?

Comprehensive Rules, Challenges and duels: "F: Focus Effects resolve. All Focus Effect traits on focused cards are triggered at this time, and resolve in an order chosen by the active player."
