Hello,
I have a question regarding the promo card TOMORROW:
After your next Events Phase begins, each player starting with you may destroy two of his Ratling Personalities. If no player does so, all Ratling Personalities and Followers gain +4F, and at the end of that turn, each card that gained this bonus is removed from the game.
Shouldn't it read all Ratling Personalities and Ratling Followers gain +4F?
Written like this it could be misunderstood that all Ratling Personalities and whichever follower gains +4F.

Comprehensive rules, Wording: "Modifiers attached to a phrase that uses the word "and" -- or the word "or" -- modify both things in that phrase. Example: 'A Shadowlands Shugenja or Monk' means 'a Shadowlands Shugenja or a Shadowlands Monk.'"
