Cowardly Rabble reads: "After the second or later time each battle the enemy leader resolves a Battle action, if this card is at that battlefield: Return it to your hand." Is the "second or later action" measured in absolute or relative terms if Cowardly Rabble is attached in the middle of a battle or moves into battle later?
That is, my opponent has taken two battle actions. I attach Cowardly Rabble in the middle of battle somehow. My opponent takes one more battle action. Does this action send the Rabble back to my hand, or does the Rabble measure "second" relative to when it became attached?
