Can I use Anchor the Line's reaction more than once on a unit that has moved into the battle. Say a unit moves in, a personality and 2 items on them, can I bow 3 cards systematically to destroy the whole unit?

You may only use each Reaction Ability once per trigger - as per the Diamond Edition Rulebook.
Moving the Unit is a single trigger. You can React with Anchor the Line once. If you want to use it again, you have to move something again.
