I need confirmation on this: When Agasha Kushojin use his ability and your stroghold is Kyuden Agasha, the fear strenght is calculated taking the stroghold discount in account?
Some spells tells you to bow x shugenja personalities as cost. I can bow shugenja followers for that spell, in order to allow Isawa Kasushi to count as two shugenja without bowing another personality, even if that does nothing to fullfill the spell cost,or i am limited to bow only shugenja personalities for such spells?

Yes; the cost reduction is continuous. (Edit: Fixed).

Shugenja Followers can participate in a ritual (Diamond rules, pg. 90). You may overpay costs.
