My question is about what happens when Hakahime fetches a refilling event (such as Boundless Sight and A New Wall).
Either :
1/ The province is refilled by the fetched card, someone (the active player ?) decides which of both card the province hold is discarded (since the province can only hold 1).
2/ You cannot refill a province that already hold a card. And the effect fails somehow.
