According to the Oracle and a this post in this forum this card has had an MRP that changes it immediately.
I can not find any reference about it but some player mentioned that it was part of some quarter promo handout.
When is/was the effective date for this MRP?
If it is being handed out as part of the 4th quarter promo package will it make the MRP date october 1st?
<Edit 8.sept> Someone posted in a FB thread that this was distributed in a kit around the same time that 20F was launched. I can't find any information on it but if that was the case why is this suddenly getting an active MRP now? <edit end>
I know it's not your fault but I'm really at a loss about where I can follow MRP's. The text is on the Oracle is the MRP text but apparently it also was in march. I can't see any function in the Oracle to look for recently MRP'd cards and I think it's a bit much to expect all players to look up all cards their card in the Oracle on a weekly bases just to see if the deck they are testing still works like they expect it to. I also can't see any announcement about this in a locked thread in this forum like the other MRP's that have taken effect for a long time now.
With me planning on using it at a Kotei next weekend and having very limited possibilities of testing changes to my deck, seeing this on late monday is VERY inconvenient!
