If I use an Honor action to reduce an honor gain or loss from 1 to 0, can it then be modified back up to 1 by my opponent? Or is it stuck at zero since it is no longer a gain or loss?
Honor keyword
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
I do believe your opponent can bring it back up to 1 much in the way you can alernate thowing courage cards to modify a fear effect up an down. But don't quote me on this, I am not the law here. Just trying to be helpful!

Yes, an Honor Interrupt can further affect Honor gains/losses that other Honor Interrupts have reduced to 0.
From the CR: "An Honor gain of 0 points is not considered an Honor gain for things that check whether a gain happened. Likewise, an Honor loss of 0 points is not considered an Honor loss for such purposes."
Emphasis mine, on the past tense portion of that clause. If the gain/loss hasn't happened yet, it is still able to be affected by things that modify its eventual outcome before the fact and not considered "not a gain/loss" until after its time has passed.

Can I proclaim a 0PH Personality and react with Honor keyword to make it a gain of 1?
