Fortifications attach unbowed unless otherwise stated? Peaceful Retreat attaches to province. Can I now bow it to spend 4g in the same dynasty phase?
Fortification-Peaceful Retreat
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
Fortifications attach unbowed unless otherwise stated? Peaceful Retreat attaches to province. Can I now bow it to spend 4g in the same dynasty phase?
That rule actually changed in 20 Festivals, and now all Fortifications enter play bowed just like regular Holdings, unless they have a trait that says differently (like the promo MRP of Poorly Placed Garden).
