Could you please clarify if the ability granted by the Tactician keyword counts as an ability on the personality for Goju Mitsuru's trait?

Could you please clarify if the ability granted by the Tactician keyword counts as an ability on the personality for Goju Mitsuru's trait?

It's not technically "on" the Personality, however he does count as having an ability for Mitsuru's trait.
