Invest permanently changes the cost of the card it's on when you choose to use it.
However, you didn't say if you Invested either of the Stockpiled Weapons. Let's assume you did, so it's 22 total Gold you can bow with Standing Fast, because Jaikei's unit's total would cost would be 23 (15 + 4 + 4, all 3 cards you mentioned, all Invested).

Ah, I think I see what you're saying, but using Jaikei's Invest in no way effects the cost of the Weapons, only how much you have to pay for them. So, they'll count for their full cost (3 each, or 4 each if you used their own Invests) when Standing Fast checks how much it can bow.
