if my opponent use standing fast and targeted my 2 kensais with 2 weapons, then i interrupt with swifter than sight. will it negate both or just the kensai who bowed a weapon?

It will only negate the bowing of the Kensai whose Weapon bowed for Swifter than Sight. Even though Standing Fast says "Bow [one or] two", both bowings are separate effects and negating one won't affect the other.
