What happens if I target a personality with Oriole Imperial Vanguard with Desperate Sacrifice?
After the first time each phase a Political action targets this Personality, negate its remaining effects.
Political Battle: Destroy your target Courtier. Bow a target enemy Personality. Move him home. This movement will not be negated.
I undestand that the courtier gets destroyed, the personality does not bow, but it is send home. is this correct?
or does the negation of the effect also cancels the "will not move clause" ?
thanks

Yes, that is correct. "This movement will not be negated" overrides Oriole Imperial Vanguard's negating of the effects.
