If i use Daigotsu Takahide's unstoppable fear 3 can I interrrupt with tested blade to make the fear go through followers, or would I have to use tested blade first (but then the fear would not be unstoppable)?

When you combine attacks, the original and all Interrupting actions must each be able to target the desired target, as described on p47 of the Comprehensive Rules: The original attack effect may only target a card that it, as well as each of the combining actions, could target.
Daigotsu Takahide's ability cannot target a Personality with Followers, and Interrupting it with Tested Blade does not change that; if you use Tested Blade's ability for the battle action and Interrupt with Takahide's ability you may not target a Personality with Followers, as he or she would not be a valid target for Takahide's action.
